How do I check in?
There will be a weekly email sent to you on a Saturday, alternatively you can check in via the "Check IN" Button in your members lab dashboard.
Must I check in every week? Even if its been a great week?
Yes, I think there is always an opportunity to learn something each week, so checking in to help reflect on the good weeks are just as important as the bad.
What do I do if I feel like I am “falling off the wagon”?
Do not worry, book in for a call asap! We will get things sorted, there is always a solution to the problems you are facing.
Why am I not losing weight?
There could be a few good reasons, if this has only been for 1 week, give this another week. If this repeats, book in for a call and we can evaluate progress.
What do I do if I do not know what the exercise is?
There will be a video link in your training programme, if not check the exercise library, furthermore if it isn't there. Then contact me and I will link you a video of this.
Does it matter what days I train?
No, you can train on whatever days and times you wish. I would recommend you place at least 1 rest day after 2 days of training.
Do I need to do cardio on top of my workouts?
Cardio will be prescribed as and when it is needed, you will always be told when cardio is added in.
What if I do not hit my step count?
This is not the end of the world, not every week will be perfect. If you haven't hit your target, then make sure we prioritise this next week.
Do I have to plan/track my calories?
Yes, to begin with it is going to be super beneficial for us to track our calories and plan in advance, until we are in a place where we are in total contorl of our nutrition.
Should I worry about tracking Carbs and Fats?
Unless we state otherwise, your main focus should be primarly on tracking your Calories and Portein intake.
Is there a reason I am weighing in everyday?
Yes, daily weigh-ins do not always tell the true story. So weekly averages will always give us a clearer picture of the progress you are making.
The scale is frustrating me, what should I do?
It may be worth you taking some time away from weighing yourself in, as this may be causing unwanted stress. Message me just now and we can talk over how you are currently feeling.
How do I book my monthly call?
If you click the Book Call button in the members lab dashboard you will be able to book your call. Please leave at least 30days between calls.
