Having the privilege to be trained by Blair I can honestly hand on heart say that it's change me and my lifestyle for the better. It made me ask questions of myself that I would of at one point shunned away from and because of that it forced me into another way of thinking, a more positive approach to nutrition and training.

Blair helped me find answers to who I was and what I wanted. He gave me direction on what I wanted from not only the training process but in other aspects of my life also. I can stand here today and say that I am a proud product of his teachings and ethos.

He will for sure start a fire burning inside you and for that I am eternally grateful.
