I’ve been working with Blair for around 2.5 years now and it’s changed things for me dramatically. I have a long standing back issue which can be pretty painful and often makes it difficult to sit and stand. It was trial and error with the exercises at the start but once we found what worked it really changed my quality of life.
Along with the nutritional programme I’ve been able to get into the best shape of my life body wise and get back to some of the training I used to do when I swam competitively.
