I started my Journey with Blair January 2020 and from Day one I knew it was the best decision I had ever made. I will admit I was one of those people who did think, “can I afford that” but I can now look back and say it was the best money I have ever spent and now realise how valuable investing in yourself is. The feeling of being genuinely happy with how and I look and feel mentally and physically is not something I could put a price on. I now understand how investing in yourself can improve every aspect of your life and I would never had realised this without Blairs Help.

I signed up with Blair initially to complete a 12 week Photoshoot, I needed a goal to work towards and put myself outside my comfort zone in front of the camera, however I soon learned it wasn’t just a 12 week Diet to get some photos taken. It was a 12 week in depth training on how I will live the rest of my Life, learning how tracking and monitoring each aspect of your life from nutrition to water intake ,sleep, training , steps, stress etc.  I learnt how all these factors need to be aligned in order for optimum results, not just for diet reasons but for life itself.

March 2020 and Covid hit, initially panic/worry for 99% of the population kicks in but Blair quickly helped me adapt. We set up home training and extended our photoshoot goal date. No matter what happened throughout the course of the year Blair and Team J have always been there to help support each other with food ideas, training tips and general supportive chat. As part of the photoshoot team we also had a group chat which was great to be able to bounce of people with the same goals.

After an extended 27 week process we complete the photoshoot. By this point I was in the best shape I have ever been in, I had also learnt so much about food, what Macros were and what foods my body needed to hit Protein, carbs, Fat and Fibre goals, how much water I should be drinking, how I am crabbit if I have less than 7 hours sleep, and also how important all the other stuff outside the gym is from making sure you are moving enough throughout the day and pushing yourself move more if needed.

Having someone to answer to and to be accountable to has kept me focused and motivated not only did I not want to let myself down I also didn’t want to let Blair down.  He has also taught me how not every week will be perfect and not to feel guilty if life gets in the way of our goals but most importantly not to give up, keep consistent over time and you will smash your goals, there will always be bumps in the road but Blair will help you get over or around every single one.

15 months later I am still working with Blair and team J. This time my goals are bigger, and we are working towards my 1st Bodybuilding show June 2021 Age30.

No matter how big or small your goals are, what age you are, how big or small you are, if you are thinking about making a change in yourself, do it now! If someone had told me this is how you will look and feel in 8 weeks, 6 months and then 1 year on I would have done this years ago.
