I approached Blair in July 2020 with the goal of getting in the best shape of my life for a photo shoot. At the start the idea of logging and tracking all your workouts, food, sleep and steps can looked daunting but Blair could not have been more helpful in explaining how the process works. Ensuring my training and nutritional plans were set every week, answering any questions I had. Blair was always there to keep me on track and encouraged me every step of the way.
You have to expect to work hard during the process but there was nothing more motivating than getting feedback on your week and praise from Blair on your progress. Some of my highlights during the process were being lucky enough to train in the same gym as Blair and if Blair was training at the same time as me he would always come over to me to see how I was doing, or give me that extra push to get some more reps in! I also remember when I was getting close to my photo shoot Blair organising to practise posing with me just to set my mind at ease for the actual day of the shoot.
I'm now more confident than ever before not just in what I do in the gym and to how I approach my workouts, but the confidence in my own skin and to wear clothes I feel confident in. Taking that first step and contacting Blair was the best decision I have ever made for my physical and mental health and I can't thank Blair enough for all he has done for me.
