I started with Blair just after my 22nd birthday as I seen a photo of myself and seen that I needed to change. I wasn’t happy with the way I looked or felt about myself. So I reach out and get in contact with Blair. He took me in asked me what I wanted and where I wanted to be.  

After a year of training on a 1-2-1 basis with Blair, I was in a position where I could start pushing my weight back up as I was at my leanest. A place where I’ve never been before!  

Blair told me that I was in a position where I can now start increasing my food to start pushing my weight up so I can increase my muscle mass. Something that I wasn’t sure about to start with but with Blair in my corner he helped me through it all.

After a while I was at my heaviest weight and we set a goal to get myself on a calorie deficit, get lean and go for a photo shoot. Something that was totally out my comfort zone and never thought I’d ever consider doing!

After I done the photoshoot. I looked at the before and after photos, I felt great! To see where I started and how far I had come was an amazing accomplishment! To even do it during a pandemic was even more fulfilling.

Knowing I had Blair to coach and train me, I knew he was going to get me to where I needed to be! I had the privilege to train with Blair,  he helped me get leaner and pushed me more out my comfort zone.

The knowledge and experience I have learned over the years of training with Blair has set me in a path I’d never be without his assistance. Not only has he helped me push myself out my comfort zone but if I needed any advice he would be happy to help!
